Marisa Tendero is a leading global strategic expert with a focus on HPL and DEI. She works with companies to build high-performing, inclusive cultures that drive profitable growth and long-term success. With extensive experience in family businesses, multinationals, and private equity, Marisa has a proven track record of diversifying into new regions and categories, acquiring and integrating businesses, finding first-class partners, and leading and developing teams to deliver exceptional results.
Enrique Aznar is a multi-lingual lawyer in Spain and England and Wales. He has broad international experience on legal management, compliance, ESG, blockchain, corporate and culture transformation, corporate governance, business ethics and integrity, values, law, privacy, corporate responsibility and social business. He has been a member of the Management Board and Executive Teams of NASDAQ-US listed companies and reported to several Board of Directors of listed and non-listed multinationals.
